San Diego Photoshoot

Rickey has been like family to me since 2017. We met through his brother Dez and I quickly felt like they were my brothers. Since then, our relationship has grown through working on an apparel brand together, social trips out to see him in Sunny San Diego, shooting all of his friends’ weddings, and just life in general. I’ve grown to look at Rickey as my older brother.

Him and his girlfriend Karly recently made a big life change. They picked up their lives from San Diego and purchased a home in Texas right outside of Dallas. Originally they planned on getting a larger apartment in San Diego and then that turned into purchasing a home. When Rickey called me and told me the news you can guess the amount of confusion I had haha. Fast forward months later approaching Christmas and the New Year and they officially closed on their home and moved! Before their move I wanted to do something special for them, and then I came up with an idea…they met in San Diego, what if we did a send-off couples shoot of two of them as a last goodbye!
